All HR leaders and CEO/C Suite leaders Corporate are eligible to apply for the Global People leadership Icon Awards 2022. Irrespective of the size of your organization, the impact of the initiative is what will be accounted for while shortlisting, hence it really does not matter if your organization has 100 employees or 50,000 employees or more.

A total of 7 Global People leadership Icon Awards 2022 awards have been finalised for this year, the awards are custom designed in view of the prevailing pandemic and impact of COVID 19. Hence the award is very relevant to the current scenario. To bring transparency for each award criteria, this has been clearly identified and spelled out in the website in the section about the award.
The award categories are:

1. People Leader Icon Award (Best CEO of the Year) 2022
3. Distinct CHRO Icon of the year Award 2022
4. Good Governance & Wellness Professional Icon of the Year 2022
5. HRBP leader Icon of the Year Award 2022
6. Disruptive HR Technology leader Icon of the year Award 2022
7. Lifetime Achievement Icon Award 2022

This year we have added two new award categories, first one is HRBP leader Icon award for the front line HR professionals and Disruptive HR Technology leader Icon of the year Award to recognise the HR leaders who are creating a culture of technology and Analytics driven HR function. This was done based on the feedback received last year.

STEP 1 :
There are a total of 7 GSHCM Global leadership Icon awards categories which have been announced. For each category we will announce the 1st, 2nd and 3rd winner. HR professionals can participate in more than 1 category, however for each category, the content shall match the award category and criteria as mentioned in the about award page. Only the last 5 years of HR professionals work can be mentioned in the content. There is no restriction on the number of entries. However each entry or nomination must showcase new initiatives or action plans or projects for the defined award category. HRBP leader Icon Award 2022 is for the front line or junior HR leaders.

STEP 2 :
Once you have identified the initiative for which you wish to claim the award, simply complete the nomination form. Following are needed to be filled in the entry form which quite simple:

LEADERSHIP & MOTIVATION: Write not more than 200 words & supporting documents as annexures

STRATEGY & PLANNING: Write not more than 200 words & supporting documents as annexures

CAREER & SELF-DEVELOPMENT: Write not more than 200 words & supporting documents as annexures

EXECUTION: Write not more than 200 words & supporting documents as annexures

RETURNS ON INITIATIVES: Write not more than 200 words & supporting documents as annexures

Please Note: You will have to submit the supporting documents like: PPT, report, screen shot of project etc.

STEP 3 :
At the end of the nomination share the details of two manager and above level professionals still working with the organisation with their email, designation, department and handphone number.

STEP 4 :
Once you have filled the form and all the details, pay the entry fees amount and attach the payment proof screenshot to proceed to submitting the nomination.

To qualify each entry each nomination shall transfer a registration amount of 1000 AED to the following bank account.
