All Corporate houses are eligible to apply for the Global Corporate Epic Awards 2022. Irrespective of the size of your organization, the impact of the initiative is what will be accounted for while shortlisting, hence it really does not matter if your organization has 100 employees or 50,000 employees.

A total of 7 categories Global Corporate Epic Awards 2022 have been finalised for this year, the awards are custom designed in view of the prevailing pandemic and impact of COVID 19. Hence the award is very relevant to the current scenario. To bring transparency for each award criteria, this has been clearly identified and spelled out in the website in the section about the award.
The award categories are:

1. Distinct Leaders of Talent Management & Talent Development Award 2022
2. Distinct Corporate Wellbeing Program Award 2022
3. Distinct HR Change Management 2022
4. Distinct Execution of Business Continuity Award 2022
5. Distinct Crisis Management Leadership Award 2022
6. Distinct Executive Search & Talent Advisory Award 2022
7. Distinct most innovative HR Consulting Award 2022

This year we have added two new award categories, first one is awarded for the Executive Search & Talent Advisory category and second for the HR Consulting company of the year award. This was done based on the feedback received last year.

STEP 1 :
There are a total of 7 categories of Global Corporate Epic Awards 2022 which are unique in itself. Organisation or leaders of the organisation can nominate their organisation for all 7 categories and there is no restriction on number of entries. However each entry or nomination must showcase new initiatives or action plans or projects for the defined award category. A total of top 3 organisations will be finalised who will be adjudged as 1st, 2nd and 3rd winner of the award for each category.

STEP 2 :

Once you have identified the award category or categories, simply complete the nomination form. Following are needed to be filled in the entry form which quite simple:
CORPORATE CONTEXT & SUMMARY: Write not more than 300 words & supporting documents as annexures

STRATEGY & INITIATIVE: Write not more than 200 words & supporting documents as annexures

EXECUTION & IMPLEMENTATION: Write not more than 200 words & supporting documents as annexures

TRANSFORMATION: Write not more than 200 words & supporting documents as annexures

ROI & BUSINESS IMPACT: Write not more than 200 words & supporting documents as annexures

Please Note: You will have to submit the supporting documents like: PPT, report, screen shot of project etc.

STEP 3 :

At the end of the nomination share the details of two manager and above level professionals still working with the organisation with their email, designation, department and handphone number.

STEP 4 :

Once you have filled the form and all the details, pay the entry fees amount and attach the payment proof screenshot to proceed to submitting the nomination.

To qualify, each entry each nomination shall transfer a registration amount of 2500 AED to the following bank account.
